Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Choonzify. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Short version: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. After that, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If the Service was materially unavailable or broken and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of the time elapsed. Please contact us with details of the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@choonzify.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and the date of purchase.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account or funding source used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We are happy to resolve any payment dispute directly and quickly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available at choonzify.com/refund.
