This Privacy Policy explains how Choonzify ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use choonzify.com ("the Service"). We take your privacy seriously and will never sell your data.
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.
Your account data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU). Generated tracks you save are stored in the same database. We apply Row-Level Security so only you can access your saved data.
We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer data internationally we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA transfers).
