Choonzify is an AI-powered music generation tool that creates original audio based on words, moods, or images you provide. The Service is available at choonzify.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Choonzify you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's consent.
You may use Choonzify without an account for basic generation. To save tracks or access premium features you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Music generated by Choonzify is produced by AI models. We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use generated audio for personal and commercial creative projects. We retain ownership of the underlying model outputs and Service infrastructure. You retain ownership of any original prompts or images you upload.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated music will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choonzify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
